WINNO'S WINNERS: EAGLE FARM, AUGUST 8, 2026

EAGLE FARM this week – nine races. The track is rated ’Soft’ The rail is out 3 metres the entire track. Looks like some nice winter weather – should be a wonderful day at the track! We are blessed with some overseas talent in QLD currently. Matthew Chadwick basing himself on the Gold Coast and Jimmy Orman riding in Brisbane with the Hong Kong racing season paused. Orman steps out at Eagle Farm for the first time since commencing riding in Hong Kong in February 2025.

A very close battle this weekend between Ben Thompson, Jimmy Orman and Jace McMurray. All Brisbane Jockey Premiership winners! A battle royale! Orman in a close battle with his ex-Hong Kong partner in crime – Ben Thompson.
